Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of usage licenses for the PandaFile software (hereinafter “the Software”) to any customer (hereinafter “the Customer”).

The Software is sold as a lifetime license at the price of 69,90 € incl. tax, as a one-time payment. The price displayed at the time of order applies. Any applicable VAT is handled and invoiced by our reseller.

Orders and payments are processed securely by Stripe (SSL encryption, 3D Secure). No banking details pass through or are stored on our site. A VAT invoice is provided for every order.

Once payment is confirmed, a license key is sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of order. The Customer activates it in the Software to unlock their license. The Software is available for download from our site.

The license is personal, lifetime, and usable on a maximum of two (2) simultaneous devices. It is non-transferable. Any resale, sharing or distribution of the key is prohibited.

As the Software is digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) generally no longer applies once the key has been downloaded and activated with the Customer’s consent. A free demo is offered so you can evaluate the Software before purchase.

Regardless of this legal framework, PandaFile offers a 14-day “money-back” commercial guarantee: if the Software does not suit you, you may request a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of it, with no need to justify your request. The details are set out in our refund policy.

The Software is provided “as is”. We strive to ensure it works properly and to fix reported issues. Support can be reached via our contact form.

PandaFile cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Software. The Customer is responsible for backing up their files.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
