  • The refund covers the amount paid at the time of purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Contact support through our contact form and include the email address used for the purchase. You can also request it from your My account area.

4. Processing times

Once the request is approved, the refund is processed by our payment partner Stripe. The amount is generally credited back within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Effect of the refund

After a refund, the license key associated with the purchase is revoked and can no longer be used to activate PandaFile.
